How to start a dispute
Only the buyer can open a dispute on the transaction.
If you, as a seller, suspect the buyer of committing fraudulent actions or the buyer has violated the terms of the transaction, do not release the coins, wait until the buyer opens a dispute and our team of arbitrators will help with the solution of this situation.
We also want to draw your attention, to your own safety, do not release coins until the funds are actually credited to your account!
The opportunity to open a dispute becomes available 40 minutes after confirmation of payment for the transaction by the buyer.
Example for telegram bot:
Go to the combinations: “Exchange – Open trades – Open a dispute”. After opening a dispute, you will need to describe the situation to the arbitrator, use the “Describe the problem” button.
Example for the WEB version:
Go to “Deals”> “Active” and select the trade you need.
After clicking on the button “Start dispute” Attach a screenshot of the payment or account statement to the dispute, as well as a short comment.
